In the majority of automobile museums you need sunglasses to check the exhibits. Not so with the pre-restoration collection in the Reynolds Museum in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada. Most if not all cars are meticulously unrestored and show their age without shame. Dirk Regter bumped into the museum while crossing south Canada in eastern direction. Unfortunately he didn't take the trouble telling us which cars were on show, but we're sure you can help us out. The very last car you see is probably a bit more new. We may be wrong but the New York - Paris racer is probably one of the cars speciallly built for the movie-documentary The Greatest Auto Race on Earth, or are we wrong? |
