Haeckel in the junkyard!

by Shahzeb :
"My primary job is of a heads down & mouth shut car fanatic husband, the secondary job is my love of hunting vintage items from junk / scrap shops across country, third job is of a telecommunication brand manager in Pakistan and fourth of a humble prewarcar reporter from this part of the world.

It was a hectic day of an ad shoot in Karachi. I opted to skip the office car with the driver and went to change shoot location with the crew member on his Honda CD 70 bike to avoid traffic halts, So while crossing a scrap market where I often hunt for vintage items I decided to request for a quick pull over. What follows is the only discovery made that night but the asking price made me leave it there and move on to the shoot location. Luckily I took a picture and shared it on WhatsApp with Joris confirmed me that it is actually what I thought of it.. “a HAECKEL horn dated between 1915 to 1925”. The guy was asking 18$ for it while I offered him 12$ he wanted to bargain when I left initially. On my return he could see my desperation and went firm so we closed the deal at his asking price as the situation changed from me wanting the item more than the guy wanting my money.

Now I need help from our readers to identify its origin and exact date, also guide me where I can find the missing beep that makes the sound when the rubber bulb pushes air into it as I plan polishing it and putting it on my 1922 Amilcar which is currently in the sea near Karachi on her way back from 4c China rally."
