Some time ago we received this photo from an anonymous source. The back drop is a mountain group called Three Sisters in the state (ooops: should be province!) of Alberta, Canada (which should not be confused with the Three Sisters (rock peaks) in the Blue Mountains, Australia). It must have been a tourist attraction already in the twenties-thirties when this photo (p0stcard?) was shot. We set out in order to asses which exact road was used and concluded that this probably was the Smith Dorrien Trail, some two miles south west of the Three Sisters. Of course this is all diversion of the essential question pictured above...
