We thought we knew all about Donald Duck's cars. We all know his adventures with the 1934 Belchfire Runabout "313", earlier described on these pages (somebody even built a 3D lifesize tribute). But than we received this postcard from historian Frans Vrijaldenhoven showing the Duck family on its way to a party. Keeping in mind Donald's limited income we concluded this must be a borrowed motorcar from his filthy rich uncle Scrooge. But among the many fine limousines employed by him no double cowl Phaeton is to be found. Quite possible that it is a one-off built for the Duck family by Pennock in Holland? Can any of you help trace back the heritage of the car.
