Mrs. Auburn Angas is asking your help:
"I am trying to create a "memory book" for a man with advanced vascular dementia and among his photographs have come across this rather splendid car.  I've asked a couple of museums, but they have been unable to identify it and I wonder if you know anyone who could help me. If I could establish the make, model and date of the car, I might also be able to then identify the two rather happy ladies in the back! It would be nice to be able to include it in his album as he can now only really related to pictures and we're trying to keep him engaged for as long as we can."

Editor: a most intriguing car. The rounded radiator makes us think of Morris Bullnose and AC but is not either one of those. Overall appearance seems like pre WWI. The  disc wheels may be a later conversion, or?
Vascular dementia - or alzheimer - is a very sad disease. The patient is loosing his or her memory gradually. And finally will recognise nobody of his beloved ones. With a quickly aging population in the western world alzheimer is growing and most of us know people who suffer from this 'modern' disease.
