A line up of five electric or pedal cars waiting for young customers. They are parked along the former Cercle Nautique, at the boulevard La Croizette nr. 50 in Cannes. Above the entry to the hotel lobby we see an enscription of the Cercle Nautique, the building was demolished in 1946 making it sure we're looking at an early photo. It made place for the first Palais Festival and after that became the Palais Stephanie and is now a Marriott Hotel.
The photo sent by Paul Nageysi popped on Fortepan, a Hungarian picture archive. In the hi-res version you can read the word "Rocket (?) on the front of the cars. Paul likes to learn more of their history, what was the make and on which car they were inspired.
