Not too many amongst you will be aware of the 150 years celebrations of the Salvation Army. Hans Horwitz however is and found back this 1965 advert from the army announcing the centennial celebrations. Back than a reenactment was done with a William Booth lookalike on board of a 1915 Renault (we presume). History learns that William Booth preached from a motorcar in the early days. We are interested to learn which exact car this was, who is the driver and whatever became of this big tourer. We are convinced it must be around somewhere. Maybe even still in London? (insiders may recognise the background as Drummonds private bank at Charing Cross; since 1924 Royal Bank of Scotland).

Maybe we should check with the UK club 'Renault Freres'
