Sorry it not a Fiat and no FN either. Still we found that last week's quiz car is better known than expected. It is clear that many competitors recognised the car by memory of this specific car. But you won't hear us cry about that, it's all in the game! No less than fourteen entrants came up with the correct name: Diatto! They built Clement cars under licence, later the Bugatti Brescia, hence the oval red logo very much in Molsheim style. Later they started developping their own engines with not unknown engineer Alfieri Maserati. When it came to adding the correct type to the car, most competitors took a wrong turn saying this is a Tipo 20A, while it is the Tipo 20 without front brakes. While there was a number of people (Kieran White,  Barry Stalker, expressing the option that it could be a Tipo 20, Tipo 20s or Tipo 20A there were only Craig Gillingham and Andrea Insalata who pinpointed the car without doubt as a Tipo 20. As Craig also explained that the car is known on the internet wrongly as a Tipo 20A(with front brakes) and Tipo 20S(with semi elliptic rear suspension, the 20 has cantilever suspension). Still in doubt?, check the car's ID plate. Winner is clearly Craig Gillingham who was the only competitor who was correct with Make, Type & Year and also criticized the wrong notes on various websites. Congrats to Craig!
