Car dates
Mr. Rhoops has an interesting request:
I'm writing an archaeological report on a former coaching Inn in Liskeard, Cornwall, and I'm trying to date the change in the front elevation!  The three pictures show cars from 3 different decades, and I'm wondering if anybody could identify the cars in each,  which would tell me, more or less when the building changed!  The first picture has a pre WW1 car, the second from the 20's or 30's and the third 40's to 50's.
The third shows an  Austion 8's and an Austin 10 van, and also a shooting brake rear to the RHs with austin hub caps, but I can't find any Austin 'woodies' with vertical rears, and wooden frames BEHIND the rear wheel.  This picture has the building changes in, and I'd like especially to get a pre/post war date from the cars shown. The second picture is pre War, and doesn't have the building changes, so that would be helpful too!
All  useful contributions will be 'acknowleged' in the report!

There are other images in our website selection for Liskeard which also show this building, ie number 88590 (dated 1938), L53080 (dated c1955) and L53092 (dated c1965). "
