Eduardo Relvas sends these fine vintage photos. "Recently I stumbled on a post in a Portuguese forum and I'm very active in asking to help identify these vintage cars. They were found with the estate of the poster's wife's aunts, who were born around 1893/4. From his supposition, these cars were rentals, maybe for a trip to Fatima, Portugal's prime religious destination. Nothing else is known about them. Can you help? My knowledge of pre-war classics is still a bit weak. " Editor: rest assured Eddie, these cars give no instant recognition with us either. Yet the fine tourer above should not give too many problems with its very nicely sculptured radiator. The cars in the extra pictures below will be more of a challenge. However - one thing is sure - the chap in the left picture below has a talent for posing. |
